Church Hub Privacy Policy (Draft)

Higher Calling Church Hub provides software for participating churches. Each church controls its own visitor contact records and is responsible for how its staff use those records. The application stores user email addresses, church details, visitor inquiries, follow-up tasks, and technical logs necessary for security and operation.

Church Hub does not sell visitor contact records and does not install Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers on private dashboards or public visitor forms. Technical providers involved in hosting and email delivery may process necessary data under their own applicable terms. Churches can request data access or deletion assistance by contacting Refined By Grace Ministries.

We use secure session cookies to keep accounts signed in. Churches should explain their own visitor-information handling to people submitting forms. This policy requires review before a general public launch.
